- Manage accounts payable/receivable and month-end closing processes
- Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts and general ledger
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews
- Implement process improvements for financial workflows
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills
- CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
- Experience with month-end closing and reconciliations
