Responsibilities
- Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
- Analyze financial records to ensure compliance with federal and state tax laws
- Assist clients with tax planning strategies and documentation
- Research and resolve tax discrepancies through IRS guidelines
- Collaborate with senior associates on complex tax cases
- Utilize tax software (ProSystem fx, Lacerte) for accurate filing
- Participate in ongoing professional development sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
