Responsibilities
- Prepare and review individual and corporate tax returns
- Advise clients on tax compliance strategies and deductions
- Utilize tax software (ProSystem, Lacerte) for accurate filing
- Conduct tax research and resolve complex tax issues
- Collaborate with senior team members on client deliverables
- Stay current with federal and California tax regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1-3 years tax preparation experience
- CPA license preferred or actively pursuing
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office
