- Conduct tax research and maintain client documentation
- Collaborate with senior tax professionals on complex cases
- Ensure adherence to IRS regulations and state tax codes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 1-3 years of tax preparation experience
- Proficiency with provided tax software (e.g., Lacerte, ProSystem)
- CPA or Enrolled Agent certification preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Detroit metro area residency preferred
