Responsibilities
- Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and businesses
- Conduct tax research and compliance analysis using authoritative sources
- Develop tax strategies to optimize client financial positions
- Manage client relationships and address complex tax inquiries
- Collaborate with senior team members on complex tax engagements
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory adherence

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA license or active pursuit (preferred)
- 2+ years of tax preparation experience
