Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of tax preparation experience or CPA candidate
- Proficiency in tax software (e.g., ProSystem fx, Lacerte)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Valid NJ CPA license preferred but not required
