Responsibilities

- Develop BIM models for LEED Platinum-certified buildings with AI-driven energy optimization
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align public/private partnerships on sustainability targets
- Oversee implementation of IoT sensor networks for real-time environmental monitoring
- Create lifecycle analysis frameworks for zero-waste material flows
- Coordinate with federal agencies on 2026 climate resilience grant compliance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in civil engineering with 5+ years in sustainable infrastructure
- LEED AP BD+C and Envision Sustainability Professional credentials required
- Expertise in BIM/CIM software (Revit, Civil 3D) and digital twin technologies
- Proven track record of securing federal/state sustainability grants
- Advanced knowledge of circular economy principles and life cycle assessment
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Experience with public-private partnership project delivery models
