Responsibilities

- Collaborate with government agencies on climate-resilient policy implementation
- Integrate IoT and AI for smart infrastructure monitoring and predictive maintenance
- Oversee LEED/Well certification processes for major developments
- Manage ESG compliance reporting and sustainability KPI tracking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or Architecture
- 8+ years experience in sustainable infrastructure development
- Professional Engineer (PE) or LEED AP BD+C certification required
- Expertise in carbon footprint modeling and life cycle assessment tools
- Proven track record with large-scale green infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of smart city technologies and IoT integration
- Experience with public-private partnership frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
