Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 sustainability roadmap aligned with Paris Agreement targets
- Lead cross-functional ESG reporting initiatives ensuring GRI/TCFD compliance
- Drive net-zero transition through supply chain optimization and circular economy models
- Design and implement carbon reduction strategies with measurable KPIs
- Partner with innovation teams to develop sustainable product lifecycle frameworks
- Stakeholder engagement including investors, NGOs, and regulatory bodies
- Manage $5M+ sustainability budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 8+ years in sustainability management with 3+ in strategic leadership
- Proven track record of achieving net-zero targets in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD) and carbon accounting
- MBA or Master's in Environmental Science/Sustainability preferred
- Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in sustainability software (e.g., Persefoni, Watershed)
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSP) or similar designation
- Experience managing cross-continental sustainability teams
