Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year sustainability roadmaps aligned with 2026 climate targets
- Lead ESG transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 clients
- Design circular economy frameworks for manufacturing and retail sectors
- Conduct scenario planning for climate-resilient business operations
- Present findings to C-suite executives and sustainability boards
- Mentor junior sustainability analysts and interns
- Author thought leadership pieces for industry publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field
- 5+ years in corporate sustainability or ESG strategy
- Proven experience developing 2030 sustainability roadmaps
- Expertise in carbon accounting frameworks (GHG Protocol, SBTi)
- Strong data modeling skills with sustainability software (SAP EHS, Enablon)
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSP) or equivalent
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and boards
- Deep knowledge of emerging climate technologies (carbon capture, green hydrogen)
