Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to outline the technical vision and key milestones for the upcoming years.
- Lead Future Tech R&D: Spearhead research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, etc.) to determine their applicability to our product ecosystem.
- Architectural Governance: Establish and enforce best practices for software architecture, ensuring scalability and security for future growth.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for long-term initiatives.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize budget and resource allocation to maximize ROI on R&D projects aligned with the 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to translate business goals into technical strategies and roadmaps.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of modern cloud architectures, microservices, and scalability patterns.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
