Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate business objectives into a comprehensive technical roadmap for the next five years.
- Architect Scalability: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable systems that can handle exponential growth and complex data challenges.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Readiness) into our core infrastructure.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a high-performing team of senior engineers and architects.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and security risks, implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment across all departments.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in software engineering and 5+ years in architectural leadership roles.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully leading technology transformations and defining long-term roadmaps.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and distributed systems.
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt technology stacks accordingly.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
