- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical vision with organizational goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and integration of cutting-edge technologies such as AI, Blockchain, and IoT.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to scalable, cloud-native architectures.
- Manage the budget and resources for major R&D projects, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Establish best practices for cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or IT management.
- Proven experience leading teams of 50+ engineers and technical professionals.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture.
- Experience with agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at the C-level.
