Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Architect scalable enterprise solutions using modern cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes).
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and deployment of critical infrastructure projects.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing, Quantum Readiness) and recommend strategic investments.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and high availability across all global deployments.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven experience building and scaling systems in high-growth environments.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud computing.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certification (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect) is a plus.
