In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between speculative emerging technologies and viable product implementations, shaping the infrastructure that will define the next era of digital transformation.
We are looking for a thought leader who is not just adapting to change but actively engineering it. You will be at the forefront of integrating Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), Quantum Computing, and advanced Neural Networks into scalable enterprise solutions.
Responsibilities
- Architect and define the long-term technical roadmap specifically aligned with the goals and infrastructure requirements of the year 2026.
- Lead cross-functional innovation teams to pilot and integrate cutting-edge technologies such as AGI, Quantum Cryptography, and Biotech interfaces.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging tech trends to provide strategic recommendations to the C-suite and Board of Directors.
- Evaluate and select hardware and software platforms that ensure scalability and security in a decentralized future.
- Develop proof-of-concept (PoC) frameworks to validate high-risk, high-reward technological investments.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and forward-thinking.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to navigate the ethical and regulatory landscapes of future tech.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is a strong plus.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or strategic technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership or CTO-level capacity.
- Deep technical expertise in AI/ML, Distributed Systems, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven track record of leading complex, large-scale technology transformations.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Creative problem solver with a demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity and rapid change.
