Responsibilities
- Develop Strategic Roadmaps: Create comprehensive, multi-year strategic plans that align with the company's vision for the year 2026 and beyond, identifying key growth opportunities.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging market trends, competitor movements, and technological advancements to inform strategic pivots.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product teams, and operational leads to ensure cross-functional alignment on long-term goals.
- Forecasting & Modeling: Build financial and operational models to predict resource requirements, revenue growth, and potential risks over the next 3-5 years.
- Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and quarterly milestones to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and ensure the organization stays on track.
- Innovation Strategy: Spearhead initiatives to integrate disruptive technologies and methodologies into our core business processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or management consulting.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of developing and executing long-term strategic plans with measurable outcomes.
- Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and market research tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Excel).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex strategies to diverse audiences, from executive leadership to operational teams.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and pivot strategies in response to a rapidly changing business landscape.
