Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to establish long-term operational goals, timelines, and milestones for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Operational Scalability: Design and implement scalable processes that can handle rapid growth while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in strategic operations, business analysis, or a similar leadership role within a high-growth tech environment.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully planning and executing long-term operational strategies.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of SaaS operations, Agile methodologies, and modern data analytics tools.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
