Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products in tech/biotech sectors
- Expertise in emerging technologies and future-trend forecasting
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across global markets
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or relevant field
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI)
