Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation and execution of the company's long-term strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with our mission to define the future.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, AR/VR) to drive product innovation and competitive advantage.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research into global market trends to forecast future consumer needs and industry shifts.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to translate high-level strategy into executable product features.
- Roadmap Management: Manage the prioritization of initiatives for the 2026 fiscal year, balancing short-term wins with long-term vision.
Qualifications
- Strategic Expertise: 8+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Product Management, or Enterprise Architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to predict industry trends and adapt organizational strategies accordingly.
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of current and upcoming technologies (Machine Learning, Blockchain, etc.) and their business applications.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders, from C-suite executives to engineering teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
