- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough technologies
- Identify emerging market trends and translate them into actionable R&D priorities
- Forge strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Secure and manage innovation budgets exceeding $15M annually
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers on future-focused methodologies
- Drive adoption of agile innovation frameworks across global divisions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation or strategic planning with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 market-defining products/services
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence
- Experience securing venture capital or corporate innovation funding >$10M
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or similar strategic designation preferred
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, journals, keynotes)
