Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products ($10M+ ARR)
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, blockchain, or synthetic biology
- Strong financial modeling and budget management skills
- Exceptional communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Published research or patents in relevant fields
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, INSEAD)
