Responsibilities

- Architectural Vision: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling future market demands.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Tech Stack Strategy: Evaluate and select emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) to ensure our platform remains at the forefront of the industry.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and precision.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee system reliability and performance metrics, ensuring zero downtime and optimal user experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering or technical leadership, with at least 3 years in a strategic or director-level role.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to translate long-term business objectives into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization technologies (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future-Forward Skills: Familiarity with AI/ML integration and predictive analytics tools.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of leading high-level executive presentations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
