- Lead cross-functional collaboration between R&D, Product, and Executive teams to drive innovation initiatives.
- Conduct rigorous market analysis and competitive intelligence to anticipate industry shifts.
- Develop scalable strategies for cybersecurity and data sovereignty in a future-proof environment.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of technology adoption and innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Digital Transformation, or Strategic Planning.
- Proven track record of leading technology initiatives 3-5 years into the future.
- Deep expertise in AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into clear strategic directives.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
