Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and oversee the annual technology roadmap specifically focused on capabilities required for the year 2026.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Biotech) to predict market shifts and competitive advantages.
- Innovation Leadership: Lead cross-functional innovation task forces to prototype and validate future-state solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex future scenarios and strategic plans to the Board of Directors and C-Suite executives.
- Partnership Building: Forge strategic alliances with universities, research institutes, and tech pioneers to gain early access to breakthrough technologies.
- Feasibility Studies: Assess the technical and financial viability of 2026-forward initiatives before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or Engineering; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, executive consulting, or senior technical leadership roles.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of current AI paradigms and a proven track record in forecasting future tech stacks.
