Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of core AI models and infrastructure aimed at the 2026 product launch.
- Define and execute a long-term technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends in Generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and high availability across distributed cloud environments.
- Oversee the integration of next-gen APIs and neural network optimization techniques.
- Mentor senior engineering staff and establish coding and architectural standards for the team.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and feasibility studies for 2026 infrastructure projects.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in designing scalable architectures for large-scale machine learning systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, with strong knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex digital transformations.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
