Responsibilities
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the architectural design of neural networks and machine learning models for 2026 strategic goals.
- Strategic Roadmap: Develop and communicate a long-term technical vision for AI integration across the organization.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of large-scale AI infrastructure on cloud platforms.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to translate technical requirements into business value.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks in AI implementation and devise mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML architecture and software development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA programming.
- Cloud Expertise: Demonstrated experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving complex algorithmic problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical presentations.
