Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 AI Roadmap: Define and execute the strategic vision for AI adoption, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging technological trends.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of complex AI systems, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability for enterprise clients.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and guide the technical direction of cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of industry developments, evaluating and integrating cutting-edge AI frameworks and methodologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-level executives and product managers to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures.
- Optimization & Efficiency: Continuously monitor system performance and implement strategies to enhance model accuracy and reduce computational costs.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI models.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think critically about long-term technology trends and their business implications.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams through complex technical challenges.
