Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging paradigms such as neural interfaces and edge computing.
- Lead architectural decisions that ensure system longevity and scalability through 2026 and beyond.
- Conduct rigorous research and proof-of-concept validation for future technologies (e.g., Web5, Neural Networks, Decentralized Identity).
- Bridge the gap between theoretical futurism and practical software engineering implementation.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists focused on forward-looking projects.
- Collaborate with product management to align future tech capabilities with user needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Software Architecture, System Design, or Strategic Tech Planning.
- Proven track record of leading technology initiatives with a forward-looking vision (3-5 year horizon).
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a demonstrated interest in next-gen languages.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and their application to predictive infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP) and edge computing.
