Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Lead the research and development of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to identify market trends and translate them into architectural standards.
- Oversee the migration strategy to ensure seamless integration of future-proof systems.
- Act as the primary advisor to the CTO and Board of Directors regarding long-term technological viability.
- Mentor senior engineering teams to foster a culture of forward-thinking and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in senior architecture, strategic planning, or product management within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformations or defining long-term technical strategies.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, AI/ML architectures, and distributed systems.
- Exceptional ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into concrete technical roadmaps.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
