Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service by resolving account inquiries and recommending appropriate banking products
- Maintain cash drawer compliance and perform daily reconciliation procedures
- Uphold strict security protocols for fraud prevention and confidential information handling
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales goals and cross-sell financial services
- Operate teller systems and digital banking platforms efficiently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 6 months cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic math and financial software systems
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex products simply
- Detail-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
