Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the general ledger and accounting records.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts.
- Assist with the preparation of tax returns and audit schedules.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements.
- Provide financial reporting and analysis to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (preferred).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or NetSuite (must have).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
