Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements in compliance with GAAP
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and payroll reconciliation
- Conduct bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
- Assist with tax preparation and regulatory compliance reporting
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives through data analysis
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews and audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
- CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
