Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage general ledger operations, ensuring accurate journal entries and account reconciliations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and optimize cash flow management
- Assist with internal audits and compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in public or corporate accounting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication abilities for presenting financial information
