Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide personalized financial guidance and product recommendations
- Resolve account inquiries and service issues promptly
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance protocols
- Actively promote digital banking solutions to enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service goals
- Participate in community outreach initiatives representing Metro Bank & Trust
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office Suite
- TN Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain)
