We are seeking a visionary Senior Web3 Blockchain Engineer to join our core engineering team. Responsibilities
- Design & Develop: Architect and implement secure, scalable smart contracts (Solidity, Rust) on Ethereum and Layer 2 solutions.
- Security Auditing: Perform rigorous code reviews and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks in Web3 infrastructure.
- Protocol Engineering: Build and optimize decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and dApps with a focus on gas efficiency and throughput.
- Integration: Integrate blockchain components into existing web applications using Web3.js, Ethers.js, and React.
- Community Collaboration: Collaborate with the research team to define technical roadmaps and contribute to open-source initiatives.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, whitepapers, and API specifications for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 3 years specifically in blockchain/Web3 development.
- Core Skills: Deep expertise in Solidity, Rust, or Go, and experience with EVM-compatible chains.
- Frontend Proficiency: Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Security: Familiarity with security best practices, formal verification, and tools like MythX or Slither.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex distributed system issues.
