Responsibilities
- Architect Web 2.6 Solutions: Design and implement scalable, high-performance web architectures that adhere to the emerging Web 2.6 standards, focusing on real-time data synchronization and edge computing.
- Lead Technical Vision: Guide the engineering team in adopting next-generation frameworks and tools to future-proof our products against evolving web technologies.
- Optimize Performance: Identify bottlenecks in the rendering and data processing pipelines, utilizing advanced caching strategies and lazy loading techniques to ensure sub-100ms load times.
- Mentorship: Conduct code reviews, pair programming sessions, and technical workshops to foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- API Development: Build robust, secure, and documented RESTful and GraphQL APIs that serve as the backbone for our client-facing applications.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, designers, and AI specialists to integrate machine learning models into the user interface seamlessly.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2 years leading complex frontend or full-stack projects.
- Web 2.6 Proficiency: Deep understanding of modern web stacks (React, Vue, or Angular) with experience in state management libraries (Redux, MobX) and server-side rendering (Next.js, Nuxt.js).
- Backend Skills: Strong proficiency in Node.js, Python, or Go, with experience building asynchronous, event-driven systems.
- Database Mastery: Expert knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases, including schema design and optimization.
- Performance Engineering: Proven track record of optimizing web applications for speed, SEO, and accessibility (WCAG 2.1 compliance).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
