Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation and execution of the company's long-term technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and future market needs.
- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Continuously monitor global technology trends (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) and evaluate their potential impact on our industry.
- Strategic Planning: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies, including budget allocation and resource planning for future projects.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate technical visions to non-technical stakeholders, gaining buy-in from executives, investors, and product teams.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with key technology vendors and strategic partners.
- Technology Governance: Establish governance frameworks to ensure technology investments deliver measurable ROI and mitigate risk.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic or architectural role.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about the future (5-10 year horizon) and translate that into short-term actionable plans.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, cloud infrastructure, and software development lifecycles.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving change within large organizations.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical information.
