Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Vision: Create and communicate a comprehensive technical strategy that aligns with the company's long-term business objectives.
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Lead the end-to-end planning of product lifecycles, identifying key milestones and deliverables for the upcoming decade.
- Emerging Technology Analysis: Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Advanced Cloud Architectures) to determine their potential impact on the business.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment across all departments.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling, and persuasive manner.
- Resource Allocation: Guide the engineering leadership team in prioritizing resources and talent development to support the 2026 vision.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor movements to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical management, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technical strategies that drive business growth.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of modern software development lifecycles, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and AI/ML integration.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical data into actionable business insights for diverse audiences.
