Responsibilities
- Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates with expertise in Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), Quantum Algorithms, and Synthetic Biology.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain long-term pipelines of high-potential candidates specifically for roles anticipated to be critical in the 2026 tech landscape.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering and Product leaders to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective recruitment criteria.
- Assessment: Conduct technical screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate proficiency in emerging technologies and coding languages relevant to the 2026 era.
- Offer Management: Lead the end-to-end offer process, negotiating competitive compensation packages to secure top-tier talent in a high-demand market.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends to advise leadership on talent availability and compensation benchmarks for futuristic tech roles.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically within high-growth tech environments or specialized engineering sectors.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of the 2026 tech ecosystem, including familiarity with concepts like Neural Networks, Quantum Cryptography, or Advanced Robotics.
- Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in utilizing Boolean search, social media (LinkedIn Recruiter), and niche tech communities to find passive candidates.
