Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with the 2026 business roadmap and headcount goals.
- Lead end-to-end full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Data Science, and Product roles.
- Build a robust pipeline of passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques and social recruiting.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and candidate personas.
- Enhance the employer brand through active participation in tech conferences and community events.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a representative workforce.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Technical Recruiting, preferably within the software or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical roles with top-tier talent.
- Strong knowledge of modern recruiting tools (ATS systems, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments or scaling technology companies.
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
