Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for software engineering, data science, and IT roles.
- Execute proactive sourcing strategies, including networking and social recruiting, to build robust talent pipelines.
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Negotiate offers and collaborate with compensation teams to close top talent.
- Manage the interview process flow, ensuring a world-class candidate experience.
- Partner with marketing to enhance our employer brand and presence in the San Francisco market.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the US market.
- Demonstrated success in high-volume hiring and closing hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and technical concepts.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for relationship building.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment metrics and KPIs.
