Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision for our 2026 product roadmap, focusing on AI integration and cloud scalability.
- System Architecture: Design robust, high-availability microservices and distributed systems using modern cloud-native technologies.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and lead architectural reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Innovation Management: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced ML) and prototype viable solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards (SOC2, GDPR).
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize system performance to ensure sub-millisecond latency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a Senior Architect or Lead role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines, data engineering, and LLM integration.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, large-scale technical challenges under tight deadlines.
