Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of large-scale distributed systems targeting 2026 standards, focusing on scalability and resilience.
- Oversee the integration of Generative AI models and spatial computing protocols into core product workflows.
- Mentor a team of high-performing engineers in best practices for cloud-native development and DevOps.
- Drive technical strategy and ensure alignment with long-term business goals and 2026 roadmap milestones.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance tuning for mission-critical applications.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on backend architecture.
- Proficiency in modern languages (Python, Go, Rust) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Demonstrated experience implementing AI/ML solutions, data pipelines, and large language models.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Kubernetes, microservices, and containerization technologies.
