Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term architectural vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives and emerging technology trends.
- System Design & Architecture: Design scalable, high-performance distributed systems capable of handling massive scale and complexity.
- Technical Strategy: Bridge the gap between engineering and product teams to ensure technical feasibility of ambitious product features.
- Mentorship & Culture: Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and engineering excellence by mentoring senior and mid-level engineers.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to drive technical decision-making.
- Infrastructure Security: Implement robust security protocols and governance frameworks to protect enterprise assets.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture and engineering leadership.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with extensive experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI & ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI integration.
- Architecture Skills: Proven experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams through complex technical challenges and drive project delivery.
