Responsibilities
- Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns for corporate and individual clients
- Conduct tax research and provide strategic advisory services on complex tax matters
- Manage client relationships and serve as primary point of contact for tax-related inquiries
- Lead tax planning initiatives to optimize client financial outcomes
- Collaborate with audit and consulting teams on integrated client solutions
- Maintain compliance with IRS regulations and evolving tax legislation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive tax preparation experience in public accounting
- Proficiency in tax software (e.g., Lacerte, ProSystem fx, CCH)
- Deep understanding of federal/state tax codes and filing requirements

- Strong communication skills with client-facing experience
