Responsibilities
- Prepare and review complex corporate tax returns (Federal, State, and Local)
- Manage IRS audits and state tax controversies
- Lead tax provision calculations under ASC 740
- Develop strategic tax savings initiatives for multinational clients
- Mentor junior associates on technical tax matters
- Utilize CCH, ProSystem fx, and Avalara for compliance
Qualifications
- CPA license or active pursuit (required)
- 4+ years Big 4 or Top-Tier CPA firm experience
- Expertise in S-Corp, Partnership, and International taxation
- Advanced proficiency in tax software (CCH, ProSystem fx)
- JD or MST degree preferred
- Proven audit defense and M&A tax due diligence experience
