Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-impact recruiting strategies to source passive candidates in AI, Machine Learning, and Blockchain sectors.
- Lead end-to-end full-cycle recruiting for key leadership and technical roles within the 2026 ecosystem.
- Build and nurture a robust pipeline of talent using advanced Boolean search and social networking techniques.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and technical competency.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job specifications and develop compelling employer branding narratives.
- Track recruiting metrics (KPIs) to continuously optimize sourcing channels and reduce time-to-hire.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in senior-level engineering and product roles.
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong network of contacts within the technology sector in Austin and beyond.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment is highly preferred.
