Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Lead the strategic integration of Generative AI and predictive modeling into existing workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to foster a culture of innovation.
- Identify emerging technologies (Quantum Computing, Edge AI) and assess their viability for adoption.
- Present complex technical strategies to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Oversee the R&D initiatives focused on long-term product scalability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or systems architecture.
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives with a focus on future trends (AI, Blockchain, IoT).
- Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines and data governance.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex concepts into actionable business insights.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
