Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define and oversee the strategic technology initiatives that will define our company's future, specifically focusing on AI integration and quantum readiness.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies, market trends, and competitor strategies to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives, engineering teams, and product managers to translate business goals into actionable technical strategies.
- Resource Allocation: Assess current tech stacks and recommend necessary investments in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and automation tools.
- Future-Proofing: Develop contingency plans and agile frameworks to ensure business continuity in an evolving digital ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Product Management, or Technology Consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and blockchain technologies.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully delivering long-term technical roadmaps that align with business objectives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
