Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, aligning IT initiatives with business growth targets.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development of next-generation AI and machine learning solutions.
- Oversee architectural decisions to ensure scalability, security, and high availability for core systems.
- Identify emerging technologies and trends to maintain a competitive edge leading into 2026.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for critical infrastructure and software services.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to senior engineering staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Strategic Technology Management or Enterprise Architecture.
- Proven track record of leading successful technology transformations with a focus on long-term (5+ year) planning.
- Deep understanding of Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and AI/ML integration strategies.
- Strong background in Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Certification in TOGAF, ITIL, or similar enterprise architecture frameworks is a plus.
